Went to the Badlands to do a little testing on the Challenger and found out jetting was way rich but not so much that it will foul plugs but enough that if not corrected will allow huge amounts of carbon to build up inside the engine, NOT GOOD unless your the type to take your engine apart every 20 hrs to remove the carbon. The suspension is much better but needs more tuning, the rear shocks need dual rate springs their is no progression with the current springs and they collapse at the same rate all the way through the travel, the 3rd shock I added to the rear also needs more compression and rebound dampening but I will wait until I try the dual rate springs. The front suspension also need a upgrade the 2-1/2" of travel is just not going to cut it, when hitting bumps the suspension bottoms out on the bump stops then the tires take over, what usually happens when you hit a good size bump is the front will bounce. Clutching, still not right it shifts out just a little fast and the engagement is just a little high I will add a stronger spring and one washer to the drive clutch. Getting ready to ride We found a good test area to test both the clutching and suspension. Ever went through whoops going up hill?
