Big Tom Straight Pilot Manifold Modification

Big Tom found a Honda straight intake manifold that will fit the Pilot, 'others' sell these as 
a performance modification, Tom sent me one for testing, in case you don't know the stock 
manifold is off set to the right for clearance purposes the straight manifold will fit with some 
slight tweaking, the off set in the stock manifold upsets the flow into the reed cage and stuffer
a straight shot into the manifold is the most desired setup. 79 Honda CR250 #16221-430-000 
$55.57 at PARTZILLA But search the web for this part number the price varies quite 
a bit for this part.

Below is a picture of the stock manifold and 39mm carb, noticed I removed the radiator cover
for easy access, removal is quick and easy, just 4 bolts to remove and it takes all the fight out
of accessing the carb :-)  More info here

Here is the manifold mated to a 88 CR250 reed cage with a stuffer from a stock 89 Pilot,
you can see in the next 3 views that the manifold does not match the stuffer, with a little work 
with a dremel its a perfect match.
