this pilot was on ebay and I really like the look of it. the panels look stamped and professional.

anyone know who made them and are they still out there?

Talk to Nickrnr or Shoubadaba. Nick had a pilot with a set of panels that looked just like that.

ATTENTION: This is not a kids toy nor is it for an inexperienced rider. It will get away from you if you are. There are laws that govern selling atvs to youth under 16 years old without an atv riders course. Don't be a redkneck with a big ego and kill your kid. Make sure they have the proper training and experience to pilot this vehicle.

I agree these things could be very dangerous in the wrong hands. This is not your 5hp briggs fun cart. Just thought it was funny how he worded it.

for those panels to work they had to remove one of the side "V" bars. take a look at the pics you can see above the parking break the bar is removed that's why the panels are smooth and clean.

I don't know who did them but they look good how they integrate into the foot tub. I would say lots of time and some welding went into them

Ditto, not an easy bend on the lower part either.

Looks to me all they did was shave the front fenders down to about nothing then roll a edge on the panel so it would hug the plastic, hug edges are fast and easy.

I wonder if the Engine would run hotter? Probably not enough to matter.

That would not be a concern of mine since the fan on the Pilot never runs all the time.

I know your blocking air flow and cooling to the Engine compartment when you just install something simple as the hood on a Pilot, I have removed mine more than once on hot days to get more air to the driver.

Doesn't look like it was prepped very well before painting. I like the way the rolled the shape in the side - creating a depression. gives the sheet metal some strength.

You can buy a bead roller and do everything you see yourself at home in your basement its not that hard just takes time and practice, I have full access to all them fancy tools, bead roller, English wheel, planshing hammer, shrinker, I just have no projects that require their use lol

170 bux gets you started.
