Trying to remove the clutch from a 1981 atc 110, and it is totally beyond me. Need to split the bottom end cases to have one repaired, so if you can do such with out removing the clutch, im open to ideas. i posted on three wheeler world, but no responses yet.
Thanks,
Elite

You'll have to take everything off both sides of the Engine to split the case. Here's a good video on it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R_gxI11r2Kc

You'll need a flywheel puller, clutch puller, and a case splitter to open it up properly without damaging the case. If you're anywhere near MD, I'd give you one of the ATC110 bottom ends I have in my shop.

Hope this helps.

Video is a huge help, just gotta find the special socket for the locking nut. also, if your bottom end cases are good shape (just need the crank case side) i would purchase them. i don't have a warm fuzzy feeling in trying to repair mine.
