 Post subject: 440 Voltage Regulator

I need a voltage reg for my 440 Pilot mod, I got the rectifier all setup...


Someone sent me a regulator off something I think it was Mike or Hare from
their 650 project? A search of the part number says its off a VTR250.
I have no idea how to hook it up it has 2 wires coming out.

Any ideas here for a regulator? I was going to look into using a regulator from a
older style GM Delco (internal type) they are cheap like 10 bux and you can
get them about any place. Gotta research this I got a DELCO manual some
place...

Ok Mike as our discussion in the chat I just hook the green and white wire to my
lighting coil before it goes to the rectifier like in this drawing? (red arrows)
