The right side bearing is the S6306 - the S indicates special - part # 91033-HE0-005. it is special because it has a ID of 32mm. This is the one that we are buying the Nissan bearing for.

A standard 6306 bearing has a ID of 30mm.

The bearing in the picture with the missing rivets has 6306 on it so I believe it is the standard bearing - the one that goes on the left of the crank part # 91032-HE0-000.

Way not just purchase the standard bearing and send it to your local grind shop to be id ground
it can not be that much if you have them grind in bulk lots

2mm = .07874 " or .03937 per side

Speed in doing that mod will it effect the bearing at all??, the grinding down will not weaken the race or metal at all? I would be willing to purchase some bearings and send them over to you for this mod-can or would you be willing to do it?

Any updates, have you had a chance to get this running?

I know your weather has not been the best for riding but wondered if you had it running yet.

How is the LT going?

I am back home now your wrist pin, bearing and seal were on the bench as I suspected will try to ship them out in the next day or so.

Hello Hoser, my wife's Engine is setting on the bench looking pretty for now I had taken the Engine out of my long travel and put in her pilot. She is excited to see what it is going to run like but I have been concentrating on my long travel, there is a race here on May 5th. it is supposed to be the biggest race to ever come to New Mexico.

Here are some pics.

I have taken all the good stuff off of my other pilot and I am putting it on the long travel, when I leave the line this time they will know something is different.

I am pretty sure it is a fat boy silencer, the piece at the end is a bolt on spark arrestor.

Hey buddy, you are right about that. Ya know my last name is Scott, get it more speed Scotty.
This year she will be a whole different machine that is for sure.

I hope I can get a video camera before my next race, I am thinking a go pro is the best way to go but it is last on the list I still have a few items to get first.

I hope you are doing well.

Take care WILD man from down under, your friend Steve.

Hello, it is a beard and it is the most comfortable seat I have ever sat on. The only thing with the seat next to stock is you lose some leg room.

The control arms are black with silver vain powder coat.

Thank you and take care.

Howdy Sir, I love that lid wish I could get more but if it ever leaves my hands it will go to yours my friend.

Wish, Wish, the hell with that. I think you need a good long pilot riding vacation out west as a matter of fact you should come out with Hoser on his next trip, that man knows how to take a real vacation. Hoser mentioned maybe bringing his pilot next trip, you have plenty of time to get that LT all together.

I will even take a few days off from work to go tear it up with you, I am sure Nick will want to go and he has met another guy with a pilot here.

Take care buddy.
