Just picked up an rotax 521 in an slead for cheap
Runs great pulled an damm trackey
its gonna need new seals tho

Was wondering what the singal carb inputs come off of ?
I know there an watercraft carb but nothing really else
How much do they Usally cost ?

Also the oil injection works great on it
Has any one ever installed one in there rig and kept the injection intact?

Also can I use any starter and ring gear on it?

Far as I know the 521 is a good Engine.

The intake I used was off a watercraft I found mine on evilbay by searching for seadoo manifold or sea-doo manifold then seadoo carb sea-doo carb.

They usually sell cheap if your not in a big hurry to buy you can find great deals.

Cant help you on the starter other than you need a clutch that accepts the ring gear, I just pull start my 440 in my Pilot its not a big deal just start it before you get in, I don't miss the E start enough to even consider adding one to mine the 440 pull starts easier than the Honda Engine, only takes about 1/2 pull and its running once warm, 2-3 pulls cold.

I didnt use the oil injection simply because I didnt want to mess with the procedure of bleeding it and setting it up right after I had it and the tank installed in the Pilot so use to pre mixing I just left it off.

Here is a 2 into one cheap but look at the Engine side how its damaged, you always want to see a detailed pic of the Engine side see the groove you would pass on this one because of the damage, you can find a perfect one for about same price

Bidding on an complete intake with the carb seller is not sure the carb is good tho but for the price that would be fine if it wasn't
