Hello, this is what will need to be done to the wiring of the steering handle to Adapt a Pilot FL400R Wheel to a Odyssey FL350R.

The pilot run switch is reversed in continuity from the odyssey switch, after wiring is complete the pilot run switch will work opposite of normal, off for run and on for off.

The first thing to do is inside the pilot face plate, the black/white wire coming off of the starter button splices in to the run switch, you will need to cut that connection. Both wires will be used separately so keep track of which one goes to the run switch and which one goes to the starter button.

Pilot wiring ----to----Odyssey wiring

Run switch
black/brown to Green ----------Ground in
black/white to black/white -----Ground out to CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition) to shut Engine off

Starter button
black/white to black -----------Power in
yellow/red to yellow/red -------Power out to starter relay

Lights
black to black ---------Power in
brown to brown -------Power out to tail light
white to white --------Power out to headlights
blue to blue -----------Power out to headlights

Brake light
The green/yellow wire on the pilot wheel is for the brake light power out, for this to work you will need to get a dual element brake/tail light and then just run the wire back to the light and plug it in along with the original tail light wires.

The sensor lights can be used but that will require a great deal more wiring and parts.

Most welcome guys.

BS, it will take a little work to do it right. I would suggest that you secure the bottom of the brakes hoses coming off of the wheel, like they are secured on the pilot, I used the bracket from a pilot column ( A trashed column ). You will also need to make 2 small sections of new brake line and buy 2 fittings to attach the 2 new sections to the original brake lines. To have the brakes setup with the left for the rear and the right for the front, you will need to cross your brake lines. I chose to cross the new metal sections.
The brake line size and part #'s for the 2 fittings is listed in my build. viewtopic.php?t=5598

If you have any questions give a holler, happy to help.
