Are you using a CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition) from an 85 250ES big red as in your other post? If so that i am 99% sure is your problem. just because the plug is the same doesnt mean the CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition) is the same. They are from 2 totally different Engine types. Find yourself an FL350 CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition) and i bet it will fire right up.

Are you staring it with the electric start? If so in some cases since the starter draws so much amps it will rob your spark. Pull the plug and hold it to the head and pull start it to see if you get spark.

I might have to agree with Nitrosport_5, try to borrow a CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition) from another oddy to see if it will run. Just because another CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition) plugs in doesn't mean it will work on the oddy.
Was this machine running before?? If so what did you change. Did you witness this oddy running??

Do you have a manual for your fl350?? Section 14 shows you how to check your CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition),pulse generator, ignition coil, with a ohm meter. It's very easy. If you have no manual just type in fl350 manual download in the search box on this site and it will show you a link. It's free.

It's also possible you sheared the key on the crank for the stator. The round thingy with the magnets in it that twirls around the alternator/pulse generator.
