I just finished my pre filter set up. Of course I stole the idea from someone on the board, I don't remember who but thanks to whoever it was! For those that havent made the upgrade to a dual air intake system, you should, this change (and new jetting) has improved the throttle response and bottom end so much. It is like a completely differnet machine. I run a stock pipe and carb and can still pull the front wheels off the ground just like Odykids super-pilot only a lot cheaper! The first real test will be Ocala in 3 days, its 75 degrees and Sunny, anybody ready to ride???

Looks good, the prefilter mod is a great setup you will like it after a day of eating dust, http://pilotodyssey.com/prefilter3.htm or on cold days when you need to make a jetting change you just block off one intake to make it run rich, a instant jetting change from bottom to top, a hoser dial a jet using duct tape heh, some day I will make my cable operated butterfly setup so I can adjust from the drivers seat... |

nice job, like stoneman says though you will either need some prefilter socks or panty hose to cover those filters to keep the fines out. |

DC, you can get the K&N Prechargers for your filters as well. They are a custom fit and are easy to clean. Try not to run your Pilot without some kind of prefilter since the K&N filters really aren't that good at preventing the fine stuff from getting through. Nice job, by the way! Enjoy!!!
