Just curious since I locked up the FL350. I was noticing some of the newer sled motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) twins on ebay. Any more modern ones that might work. I am not quite the motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) builder as you.

440 needs dialed in more, more tuning, I need to raise the Engine RPM by 800-900 RPM
and need to lean out the jetting some and a few more other things, I hope to get everything
closer on the next trip to the dunes.

A Engine conversion takes a lot of work, everything is affected, you have to make
changes everything not just the Engine mounts it also lowers the resale value of
your machine (not a concern of mine) I can at any time conver back to my Honda
Engine, all my 440 conversion changes are bolt in.

Here is one already done http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... rd=1&item=

Might be cheaper to buy one already converted?

Spooge leaking from the cylinder that had a intermittent spark problem
I need to get better spark plug boots guess I need to buy OEM Rotax
caps.

On the last trip my Engine was really rich at 7000-8000' elevation
I adjusted the oil ratio to 28:1 to try and lean it out more, it didnt
help much...
