I need to send a jug out for resleeving, the jug from my old motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) that supposedly was "freshly rebuilt" in the Mudbogger csi posts here.My question is has anyone gotten 1 done recently and if so where did you send it?I am hesitant to send it to Bore Tech,ATVR, due to my lack of info on them.

I had one done by a local hack few yrs back. I would just go with a new jug from honda. Sleeve is what? 150.00. + 100 labor. Prolly charge you extra to trim all the extra meat back over the ports too.

I agree, here is the one off Wheelmans Pilot http://pilotodyssey.com/badsleeve.htm
I wish I had taken pics of yours it was not much better.

Cant beat the Honda iron others come close but from what I have heard the Honda
liner is better.

If I had to have one done I would send it to LA sleeve to have it done and ensure the
port matching was included in the price...

Hoser is right, LA sleeve is the only place for resleeving. The last thing you want to run is a wiesco piston so I am sure a Wiesco resleeve would be a bad idea.

Just because wiesco resleeves it, doesnt mean you have to run a wiesco piston(*)
