Hey Pilot Hawk,
Excellent work on the suspension for the odyssey. I can't wait to get back from here and continue work on mine. Couple of questions for you though about the rear axle. How much did it cost you to get all of the machine work done, and would they be willing to do another for someone out of state. I would ship all the parts need. It would be good if the Machine shop you used did it since they have the experience allready. Thanks for the help.

Don't forget to add a bearing for support on the center axle piece. There is only one in the case and its not enough. It WILL twist the sprocket enough to blow the chain out of the case.

Good point I had forgot all about it only having one bearing support in the trans, the
best place to add bearings would be right on the CV joints (green things in the pic)

The exterior bearing support is the larger diameter black piece right next to the trans in the pic shown. Here the extra bearing support is detailed.

Good plan, that's where my bearing is located and ive had zero gearbox problems for 5 years now. Also this set up doesnt side load the gearbox. I think it will take way more abuse this way. My bro n laws has the twin sled motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) in it and does posi burnouts while wheeleing on dry pavement and his has held up fine to. We just gotta stop the wheel hub splines from stripping hmm.

Here are the pics. I haven't put them on the site yey, but now I will when I get a chance.

I made the press out of walnut I had here at home and some steel I picked up at home depot. I used allthread with nuts and washers to make the press functional. I think I spent about an hour putting it together, and it works great.
