Are you sure you have a stock clutch, do you have any pictures of your current clutch?
You might already have a after market clutch and all it needs is adjusting.

Comet makes some nice clutches for the 350's-I use the 94c model on mine and I am very happy with the performance of it.You may as Hoser says have a Comet on there and alls that's needed is some tweaking on it, could you by chance post some picrues of it for us?

Before you go and buy a new clutch, take a measuement of the belt width. It is probably just worn out. If you want to start getting more performance from your machine, then get a better clutch along with all the other mods. Keep us posted, Gary (my 2 cents)

any info would help a bunch, i am going to replace my clutch but unsure which is better, the 102 or the 94, i know the 102 has more fine tuning capability, but it seems it might be a pain to do. also sould i replace the driven clutch as well? what do u recommend? thanks

For the money on a FL350 I'd say the 94C is the better choice...

I replaced a Stock Drive Clutch with the comet 94C and was very happy with it...

The 102 is much more tunable but also more costly (Do you want a Race or Trail machine)
The 94C is pretty much a straight swap with very little maintance if any....

PS
As long as the driven is working correctly and the faces are not worn or cupped there is no reason to replace it...

My .02
Dennis
