I am not sure who made them but CW racing use to sell them I am sure
others like ATVR and Triple E use to sell them also, buddy of mine use
to have one on his Pilot they work good when you modify them to match
your reed cage and carb, he also cut his down to move the carb about 3/8"
closer to the piston.
