Are all Honda wrist pins from 1986-2007 the same external dimensions? I was reading up on this tonight and have come across several blogs that seem to state this. Lee can you possibly elaborate on this? Reasons for asking is the pins are discontinued for Pilot pistons and I am trying to gather dimensions for alternate applications i/e YAMAHA bearings we use for the cranks.

I have been told this might be an alternative wrist pin bearing on other forums, but again I cannot seem to locate dimensions for either.

When I measure the OEM Pilot wrist pin it measures 20mm x 62mm

Measured a Wiseco wrist pin for the Pilot it measures 20mm x 60mm wiseco is 2mm shorter

So might the wrist pin bearings be similar in dimensions as well. I just find it hard to believe that Honda discontinued the sizes we need, there must be other applications that use the same exact wrist pin and bearing.
