 Post subject: Roll bar thickness

I don't know if anyone is interested but since I am cutting apart a damaged roll bar on my crashed oddy, I decided to measure the wall thickness for anyone's future reference.
The wall thickness is .100
Also anytime I have cut or welded on these frames it is obvious that it is galvanized.

Not sure if its galvanized or just a zinc coating but I noticed the inside of ATC250R and Pilot frame tubing has a gray coating assume its to prevent rusting out.

Thought the Pilot tube was .065 would have to measure again to verify.

what is the bar diameter? OD? I keep forgetting to go measure mine.

Top roll cage has two different size tubes.
Main roll hoop is 1.500" OD
Other is 1.260" OD
