But your rear axles are out of alignment, This will give you a vibration in the back end

Interesting find. I didn't know the u-joints needed to be aligned in that fashion since the whole shaft is normally balanced. Just curious, is this stated the service manual somewhere?

Both Battery and Alt are fully stock. The wiring is set that the low beam powers the stock lights and the high beam powers the large lights and never at the same time. I believe the original owner set this up this way knowing the power draw limitations.

Great LED recommendation!

I don't think it's in the manual, But you will feel and here the difference, balancing wont help
it is to with the rotation on the actual uni joints

Great video. Learned something about phasing now. Will correct my set up. Thanks!

interesting about the phasing, so it appears that the center section should be aligned for proper phasing, I wonder if dirt track guys would intentionally run out of phase to get the tire bite on the track?

Made this missing piece out of a sheet of Diamond Plating. Just need to rivet the sides. Then make some floor plates and possibly a hood if I have more material. All done with just some cardboard templates and an Angle Cutter. Probably going to paint the pieces Gloss White to match the rest of the plastics.

Made the floor plates and hood. Next is to do some riveting and painting of the plates. I'm beat.

Looks good. I like ur aluminum work.
I think the lights don't stand a chance where they are mounted.
Seems like something between the tire and light will rip it off but I drive a tad reckless.
