Cog is ordered. Found it for 30$ shipped. Now to pull my radiator, fan and some intake piping since I'm gonna have to readjust my valves since they were set up with my timing off. Yes I have to pull all of that to remove my valve cover.
Edit. No I shouldn't have to readjust because my cam cog was lined up correctly so my valves should be good

Cooling and intake piping is removed and ready for me to adjust the valves once I get my timing belt assembly reinstalled.
It's only a little progress but it's progress.

If you weren't so busy petting your dog you would have had it done already.

That is so correct. Two diabetic min pins one is 16yo and blind. They are a full time job. I swear they think they are at a pet resort
And are not happy with the Waite staff.

Took awhile to get to it but got it fixed. Keyway slot was intact enough to hold my woodruff key in place. Woodruff key is oem. New cog is nice and tight,I had to tap it on.
Starts up and runs 100% better. Turns out I also had my valve lash set real loose. I mixed up metric and standard with the feeler gauges.
It's running rich but I messed with the mass air meter last time I was trying to get it to run so tomorrow I will set timing, idle, mass air ect.
Can almost call it done. I'm sure knocking out projects.

Runs like a raped Ape. Has never been this quiet or smooth. Ran it down the side of the road and it moves.
Tach isn't working. Guess it didn't like sitting for a year.

Gonna wash it tomorrow and call it done.

It might be called a crackart but it's still a nice machine to me. I like it.
Probably a very high maintenance machine but cool looking.

Well thank you.
Actually it's not high maintaince at all.grease ur supension and change the oil. At least no more maintance then a odyssey or pilot, and I don't have to run AV gas to keep from melting it down.
You repair issues as they come up. Since I've owned it I can honestly say I've caused every issue I've ever had (after I fixed everything after purchasing it ) But most mistakes I only make once or twice until I catch on.

On a funny note I've lost about 45lbs since I last drove it and I felt like a kid in there. I had all kinds of room and crawling in was way easy now

Thank you. I appreciate it.
It is a blast but I'm aching for some riding that's not on flat ground.
