Starting on the install in to my FL350 and i have just about worked out the brakes for the Engine mount but not sure about the 2 parts in the picture. Also what extra bolts do i need?

Those are spacers for the driven clutch. Remove the driven clutch from the gearbox and slide the spacer with the larger inside diameter hole over the shaft... reinstall the driven clutch and the smaller spacer will fit inside the driven clutch hole area to take up the extra space you made to install the bolt again. This set up aligns your driven clutch to the drive clutch so you don't eat belts. Hope this helps.
