 It should just fall apart when you remove the big outer nut/bolt.

It didnt for me. You got those spare parts you might want to part with?

It's pretty much all no good what's left.

Here are some pics of what's left.
You will notice:
1) All 3 cam arms show signs of wear and one is destroyed - worn through
2) Two of the 3 rollers have flat spots - only one useable one
3) Bushing (plastic) is cracked
4) Both shiv faces have a worn groove - I have machined that out on one of my 94c's before
5) No plastic sliders left - but yours seem to still be in good shape
6) Key missing that aligns the two halfs

Thanks for those pics. Really just need the pieces below. Plus shipping these small parts will be way less. I trust your judgement on sending me what will work in my clutch situation. Need a price plus shipping to San Diego, Calif 92021 (El Cajon). You can PM me if you want.

At the moment I will be holding off on any parts shipments until I get other things resolved.
I hope you are not in a hurry.
Mine are a bit worn and the other is destroyed on my spare Salsbury.
Not really sure what's wrong with that arm ??

After closer inspection. Only 1 of the rollers look really good. 1 has a small flat spot, but the 3rd one is really bad. Missing 2 of the small thin washers on the pawl side.

The really good roller is the one where the pawl was broken, lol.

Shiv faces look decent but I can feel some unevenness. Too dark out to put a metal edge on it.

Oh, lol. I was wondering what you meant about the condition of the arm. Yeah, that's a pic of the good one. You can see from the other pics that 1 is totally broken.

Got my seals and the stator side looks correct, but the clutch side us way too large. Just to verify in the diagram below that this is the left side crank seal. I think the seller sent a wrong clutch side seal.

The seal you received is the correct seal.

There are actually three seals.

1.) Balancer cover seal, which is the small one you can see on the outside of the balancer cover.
2.) The seal behind the stator.
3.) The seal behind the balancer gears.

The seal you are looking at that appears to be too big is #3 in the list above. Its the seal that lies on the crankshaft behind the balancer gears.

Rnadman -you mean number 20 in the diagram, not 3.

Good news is Honda still offers the one you need #18.

Ok, got it. Remove the balancer cover and then I should be able to see the large seal, which also means I need to get the balancer cover gasket, correct?

Watch it -- that double lip seal inside is hard to get. I get mine from England and I think others get them from somewhere in the states. OddATV ??

You may not need a new gasket if you don't destroy it. Use red silicone.

Yes, #20 in the diagram.

I was referring to #3 on my list and not any numbers on the diagram itself. I probably should have made that clearer.

You will have to remove the balancer gears to access the seal.

Yes you will need a balancer cover gasket.

In the diagram, I do only see 3 seals. The actual balancer does not have a seal? Or is that the only one on the balancer cover?

Three seals correct.
Each casing half has a seal and the cover (on Engine case) behind the clutch has a seal. So 3 in total.
The actual balancer does not have a seal? -------- Correct. It's just a gasket (the cover gasket).

Got the balancer cover off. Is that 32mm nut counter-clock loosen? If so, how do you get this gigantic nut off? My largest impact socket is not even big enough.

It's a regular thread.
Righty tighty -- Lefty loosey

You will need a socket or you will have to make one.

Thanks man. I got it. Used my 1-1/2 wrench and was able to jamb the balancer gear and loosen the nut. Pulled the seal out pretty easily, which the rubber was pretty hard. Now I see why these old seals don't seal, lol. Also, found the inner spring inside as I pulled the seal out. Not sure if it broke off the seal when I pulled it out or was broken already. Regardless, that large seal is a perfect fit. Got dark out so I will continue the seal install tomorrow.

Based on those pics I would say the spring came off when you were taking it out. I believe that because if it had come off when riding it would have wrapped around the bearing and you would be doing a complete Engine job.
You will also have to torque that big nut with a torque wrench, not just an impact. I also put blue Loctite on the threads.
