If you don't have a socket, use one of these. Do a search for a 41mm lisle wrench.

The tool was originally designed hold the water pump when replacing or adjusting timing belt on GM 1.6L engines..... 2004-2015 Chevrolet Aveo excluding 2009 with variable timing Engine and 1999-2002 Daewoo Lanos.

Here is one from O'Reilly Auto Parts.....

https://www.oreillyauto.com/detail/lisl ... 00/4413408

I have used this wrench numerous times and it works well. You can even torque the nut to the proper specifications with this.

You will have to adjust your torque wrench accordingly because that will change the torque amount because of the offset.
Use this to calculate: https://www.engineersedge.com/manufactu ... ench_1.htm

Edit: Here is an easier one: http://cncexpo.com/torqueadapter.aspx
Just type in the numbers.

Picked up the tool as well as some 1/4 fuel injection line for my fuel pump push/pull line. O'Reillys is awesome.

Great links. I plugged in all my numbers and for 50 pounds of torque, it said set my torque wrench to 50 pounds of torque, lol

I find that hard to believe. You entered some wrong numbers. There is distance from where the torque wrench plugs into that crows foot and to the center of it. That means torque has changed.
Torque = force X distance

I followed the instructions and measured as stated. I'll get my torque wrench back in the house and measure again and post my measurements as well. I used the 2nd link provided.

A super big thanks to Udo (canadian oddy) for sending me the Salsbury Clutch parts. I finally got my Salsbury back together in conjunction, I also found a parts kit that replaced all the rollers and holders.

Without this great forum and it's great members I wouldn't have been able to pull this off. I now have all the seals/gaskets for reassembly. Going to do a leak down once I get the new cranks seals and thread a screw to block off the oil hole on the stator side.

Gillespie field is just a couple miles from my house. Never bought AV gas and not sure if they will let me show up with a 5 gallon gas can, but I did just send them an email to ask.

I thought the same thing when I rolled up to the private section of the airport near me. I told the nice lady at the desk i needed my 5G jug filled with AV fuel and she immediately called someone up to take the jug out to fill it. She told me it's a regular thing.

I just got my answer from the airfield.

Avgas cannot be dispensed into anything other than an aircraft.

Supposedly this gas station in Pacific Beach (about 30 miles away) sells 100 octane gas. Is that the octane rating in AV Gas?

Actually I think it's a California thing from all the forum posts I have been reading.

The guy at the airfield two miles from house said all I had to do was enter the number of any aircraft I see there and it's good to go. I just enter ODDY lol. He told me it was common here too. In the winter the sled guys show up and summer once in a while its the ATV guys.
But like was mentioned above, it could be a Comifornia thing.
Avgas is 100 octane -- yes.

Balancer gears lined back and seals installed. New fuel pump push/pull line installed. Put a bolt in the oil passage to prepare for the oil mod, head broke off but still sealed. Sprayed windex on both seals and all other gaskets and bolts. Had a small leak at the exhaust gasket, made a new one and it's sealed now. Passed the leak down testing.

Reinstalling the Salsbury clutch back on, wanted to verify it just presses back on the crank and is held by the long bolt. There is no key, correct?

Salsbury slid on. I haven't put the bolt back on as I wanted verify it just slides on first.

No key correct
However the salsbury has a key in it to prevent the outer from spinning but nothing touches the crank. Clutch is held on the crank by just the bolt.

Cool. Yeah, I just wanted to make sure as the service manual didn't mention any. I'm going to fully re-assemble tomorrow and post a video of it running, hopefully
