So it is 4.5oz at 10 seconds cranking. Or 4.5 at idle? I read the pilot was 4.7 at 10 seconds idle.

Is this my problem?

I don't run my machine when I check it.
I just remove the hose from carb and crank it with the starter.

I never have to prime my pumps. Just bolt on and go. But maybe try to prime it and see if it helps. Something very wrong here but I don't know what it is at the moment. Don't know what to suggest.

I just solved it. I was bench testing. So I put a carb on the Engine. It shot right to 4oz. I took the carb off and got 2oz. Don't know how to explain it but I am getting 4oz now.

When carb is on you see no bubbles in my clear fuel lines. . Just solid fuel. When carb is off you see bubbles.
