Hey CO. I had started another thread called (base gasket) and you have been on it. I have been getting a few parts in the mail this week and plan on pulling the Engine next week. Leak down check then new base gasket and red high temp silicone. I ordered new SUNF tires for it and they should be here by the 6th. As for the fuel pump issue I got a new one and it's still only putting out 2oz in ten seconds so I'm kinda lost. I have all new fuel lines to put on when I pull the Engine.

Ok that's why.
I am just not putting 2 and 2 together.

As for the fuel pump flow I would first do the test by taking the line off the carb and if that don't give the right result then put the line back on the carb and use the return line to tank to pump into the measuring cup. If it fails both then I say vacuum line not tight and has a leak or your pickup lines from the tank are plugged possibly. If you suspect the pickup line then try pulling fuel direct from a jerry can and try the test. If it passes all of the above and pump still low flow rate then I say your new pump is junk.

Silly ?
You have put the cylinder head back on the torqued to speck then
cranked the Engine over to correct the crankcase pressure to test the
fuel pump.

Hey CO, sorry i haven't posted in a while. The wife had back surgery and I've been pretty busy with the kids and chores. I put the new sunf tires on but haven't ran it yet. Just sitting in the garage collecting dust. I might pull it out this weekend

Ohhhhh-- hope all went well. Yup family before fun.
I don't have wife or kids so it's all on me. Used to spend a tremendous amount of time with my brothers kids and the neighbourhood kids (friends of my brothers kids). But most are now 23yrs old and I am not cool anymore, but they still call me uncle -- even though I am not LOL. One of the girls stays at my place once in a while so she don't have to drive home when weather is bad. She has her own room here and the combo to the front door lock.
