I’m trying to replace the brake cable on my FL250, but I can’t seem to get enough slack to install it onto the arm on the brake lever. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

I'm thinking:
Brake handle all the way down and then remove the little arm on the wheel.
Install the cable and put the arm back on the wheel.

The diagrams for the parking brake :/ though you did give me an idea, I’m gonna give it a shot here soon I’ll post back
