Damn Stoneman, that looks nasty. I snapped an axle today. I hear bad things happen in 3s. I wonder whos next.

did the case get welded up or did it get replaced on this, My son broke a piston that intern broke the case in several spots, I figure if I can weld on the space shuttle the Engine case was a breeze. We re machined both cases put it together with a lot of new seals and bearings had the cylinder done up to match the new piston and she is ready to put in. Just put 240 Ml in the balancer and going to install after dinner. I know this is a old thread just wonderd if they did what I did or replaced. I found the cases to be the easiest thing on the whole darn pilot to weld to! The steel is absolutely crap to weld on, the cases easy go figure lol
