so I just blew my second belt of the year and got to looking at the clutches and I have a crack in my comet 790 driven, I don't have another, so I am looking at buying, should I stick with a comet clutch or go back to a stock clutch. my 102c is showing some wear in the sheaves as well were the belt rides in neutral

Never had any problems out of my driven. I did have a belt do that on a pilot when running hard. Instantly locked up back wheels and stopped Engine. Next time out lower rod bearing went out on me destroying piston and bottom end bearings. Just something to check also

Is that one of there NEW clutches I have seen them on line and a couple on oddys

If you have a old one fit it up I think the original is a stronger clutch
