so I had to buy a new driven clutch and went with the same clutch as I had, I also bought the red spring that methodical found, so now I have 3 springs white, black, and red. I was trying to find a gps app that would give me a time slip like a drag race one but I couldn't find one that I would connect for me..wanted to show the difference between the springs.
one thing I can say about the red spring is it holds low gear a lot longer before shifting out, more bottom end torque for sure

I agree, great job on the video. You make it look easy!!! :-) I changed 2 of mine to the red spring and it will certainly help others. I wrestled with both of them and had to have a friend lend a hand.

Yeah it is a bit tough to get the preload. How do you like your red spring.

I have only had the opportunity to test one of my red springs. I have it installed on my FL350 that has a high performance FL350 Engine. The other will be installed on my FL670 build.

I like it a lot. I feel that it holds the power longer up shift and quicker downshift. Mine is also paired with a comet 102C with a purple spring and heavy hitter cam arm shift kit.

I don't think it would be worth the effort on a stock FL350.

I was more then pleased working with Don at Comet to identify the red spring. It makes all the difference in my big bore set up. Glad others are liking it. Awesome!

I got mine through belt palace. Max 6x6 is another place that can get them.
Comet 300397 it will either have an ā€œAā€ or ā€œCā€ begins it.
