Well I finally got some new seals and put the 360 back together. Was stilll losing pressure couple pounds an hour so out and the soapy water and found a small leak at the reeds. Fixed that up and held 10 lbs for an hour with out losing any pressure.
Back in the oddY it goes.
Then test the fuel pump. Not getting close to that 4.5 ounces. Think this may have been my problem from the beginning. I probably just going to get rid of the cheap Chinese quantum fuel pump and go with a mikuni. The one I want I can’t get today DF62-702. It puts out 65L/hr which is more than enough. They do have this one in stock though DF52-73 35L/hr. I might try it. Also the fuel pumps for the 583/670 put out around 70L/hr. As well. But they are discontinued according to the dealer here. So you’d have to go with a jobber pump now. Or rebuild a used one.
I can’t seem to find flow rate for any keihin pumps.

Looks like you got it by the balls.
However 35L/hr works out to 3 1/4 oz in 10 seconds.

The DF62-702 may work but it is dual output. You'll have to check on if the outputs are separately chambered and if they are you will need a nice Y adaptor to pair them back up. Else its more like a dual 35/lph pump.

The polaris pumps have been working well for me, but one note is the fuel filter can be a major restriction no matter the pump.

Search my posts for Fram fuel filters. One will come up that's for like a fuel injected Ford escort or something that will alleviate the filter bottleneck. OEM Honda filters are also good if you have one or can find one.

Way a head of you bud. DF-62-702 already installed. Was still barely getting 4.5. But there’s a few factors here. How good is your started. How tight is the belt. How fast is it actually spinning with starter.
I know for a fact I’m getting more fuel as I had to take the jet out of the return line. It was blowing fuel past the needle and out the over flows. I think my fuel problems shout every gone now.

I've never ever had any luck rebuilding an 80's fuel pump or carb for a sled or buggy. It's either the crap parts in the kit, condition of non-serviceable parts of the pump, or the small chance I'm just a moron, lol. Ended up just buying a new one or else a clean looking unit off of a runner.
