Was surfing youboob and found this guys posts.
This guy talks real funny in his posts but he has some good ideas and seems mechanically inclined. He is a funny guy though.

I see some real issues with his machine:
1) fuel tank is above roll bar and if he crashes he WILL smash the tank off and become a roman candle
2) still using the stock oddy shocks and springs
3) no shock savers and if he blows a u-joint because of that hi-perf Engine he'll destroy the rear shocks

Positives:
1) seems to be a creative dude - I really like the steering wheel brake set up but those lines need to be controlled better
2) front fenders - interesting set up and wonder what he used there
3) front window - not sure yet if I like it. It would disrupt the air flow to any radiator and also if you get mud on the window how are you going to clean it off so that you can see ??
He could have made brackets off the down tube bolts for the window.
But an interesting idea with suspect fastening.

fenders look decent, way better than nothing, windshield, well if your in the cold I'm sure it is good, like you say until someone gets in front and roosts you.
gas tank and pipe for sure need to be in the cage.
