Just want to share a few pictures of the guts of a 94c that I took apart last year.
I'm working on mickey mousing together another 94c for a spare but last year my brother blew one up and I cut it apart just to see.

I did not add any of the pics below to that thread because at the time I was to busy to completely gut it. What I want to show here is that the threaded portion that the stem threads into is actually pressed into the inner shiv. You can see the serrated edges of the piece and the serrations in the aluminum inner shiv housing.
Not sure is anyone is even interested in this or how you could use it but just wanted to show how a 94c is constructed.

One more of the 94c.

Next pic is my next project -- it's going to be a Salsbury/Powerbloc hybrid. It will require some machining.
