I adjusted the idle out and it still idles high I bought a rebuild kit and replaced all the jets and it still idles high? Any advice?

Yep - Probably an air leak. Be careful you don't hurt the Engine. Don't run it anymore until you find and fix the leak.

I would check the cylinder base gasket - looking to see if it has blown out. Happen to my FL400.

If you do not see anything obvious, perform a leak down test. I would do a leak down test anyway.

Would love to see photos of your machine.
