Love the forum.. have trolled for years.
Can someone help identify these control arms. I believe they are +2, Not Yoda or chucklenuts at aftershot motorspurts.
The shocks measure 17" eye to eye and I believe mounted to stock locations to frame.

Possibly ATVR that's ATV Racing. I don't think they sell them any more. I think the jigs were floating around for sale w/i the last year as well.

Thanks guys.. I believe stock on the rears with FOX shocks.
Thanks for the responses.. will see if I can track that down..

My goal really is to find replacement bushings.. and upper and lower ball joints.

Tube diameter is around 7/8" and length 1-3/4"

The CW racing is interesting.. It does have the CW racing CR500 conversion.
The build is clearly not recently given the age and shape of the bushings..

Years ago we did a group buy from atv bushing for the fl400.

You may want to give them a call.

Thanks.. so far coming up empty on identifying.. and the A-arm bushings therefore.

Connected with Jon at AVTbushings but he only had stock, sent dimensions to see if they match anything he has but no email back yet.
Then called Chris at CW Racing but no return call yet.. also curious since Engine is CW Racing 500cc
Emailed with aftershocks but haven't heard back yet after sending arms.
Brooke at Race-driven was really great but unfortunately the ones that had don't fit exactly.
Also Tim from Worx has been great.. expecting some seals soon to put the front shocks back together.

All this done early this week so going to give it some time as I know these folks are pretty busy.
Did get line of site to have some bushings made as a backup..
Attached is a sketch of bushings.. will do A-arms next as assume seals have shrunk over time.

Thanks for the help.

The control arm bushings I have in the triple e car is made from just turning down a standard bushing. Then they opened up the center for the sleeve size. The Briggs car uses off the shelf bushings which is considerably easier. I had a extras made for the eee buggy from delrin and they seem to be doing fine

Thanks.. I think I have hit a dead end speaking to the original builder of the arms..

I was considering taking Honda off shelf and cutting down..

But now planning to 3D print a mold (or 16 of them).. then use a bronze sleeve over a steel sleeve (that bolt will go through)..
Then pour with Poly so I have a poly bronze setup.. this should make front end more compliant and reduce drag to near zero..

Should be interesting..
