Well the jury is in.
I just finished checking the last 2 repaired pumps and they passed with flying colors.
Every single one of those pumps have passed now !!
I was going to throw them all away as many had zero flow with the starter test or the idle procedure check.

The only reason I even went to youboob in the first place is because hoser won't let us post vids here. Probably due to storage restraints. I only post to help out the guys here on the oddy site. I have NO intention of helping anyone else or making money for a big company like youboob. Those guys make big money on people who post their stuff, so NO investment for youboob and they keep all the money. FK them.

I only get a dozen views or less on each video.
My complaint is that big companies take advantage of people all the time. Eg: they don't pay a living wage but the CEO gets a million dollar "bonus", they don't pay benefits, they lie about their product specifications, blah blah.
Youboob is a classic -- ALL of the content belongs to individual people (posters). Youboob gets millions for advertising but then they rig the rules so that they don't have to pay any of the posters. Also they decide to just ban or demonitize at will, any poster they don't like or the content they don't like (guns n gun stuff). That's my complaint.

Youtube says 30 min to load the first video.
I'm reposting 3 of the 5 vids.

Flow testing fuel pumps.
You want 4.5 oz in 10 seconds minimum. Less is a fail and more is best.
You do it at idle. In the past we were using the starter to test the pumps but this was not always successful because some batteries were weak and some starters were weaker than others so this was a big problem. According to the pilot manual you test at idle.
CAUTION: Always a fire hazard so be prepared. Just my opinion.

I watched them, awesome thanks, was hoping there was a method to bench test, but I can gravity feed for idle from a bench tank while testing my pump.

You do not have to gravity feed to do this test.
There will be more than enough fuel in the float bowl of the carb to run this test.
You are only running your Engine for 10 seconds after you see flow to your measuring beaker. Use a stop watch.
