I’m new to this website and community. I recently purchased a Pilot that was totally rigged. Previous owner was an idiot, good thing I got it cheap. It has a Rotax 580, but I need to replace the entire exhaust. Does anybody know the snowmobile equivalent exhaust that fits in my scenario? I picked up the exhaust manifold that fits, but I would not be opposed the buying whole new pipe, I just need a point in the right direction.

Hello and welcome to the site. Can you post a few pics of what you are working with? The site is a bit slow these days but there are some really good fabricators that stop by that may have an answer for you. Good Luck!

it will take a modified sled pipe, and the head pipe also needs to be modified, Farr Racing, out of Canada used to make the kits along with the pipes, there is also Methodical Fabricator making them now, he is on this page though not so much but he frequents FB.
