You really need to buy a service manual, their is one on the web some place that's downloadable but its quality is real poor I suggest buying a hard copy so you can see all the important details you need to see, the service manual is the most important tool you can own.
I would remove both the drive and driven clutches and follow the manual to inspect them, my guess is they are both worn pretty well.

I bought a new driven clutch from him for $169.99 when buying a clutch pay attention to the shipping cost most stab you on shipping, I think sledparts guy charged 8.00 for shipping.
The 94C is a great clutch for the 350 I think sledpartsguy still sells them also and still has the best price on them...
If your anything like me when your working on something new to you, you like to soak up all the info you can, in this case the 350 in general and also more importantly the clutches... try to click on the "SEARCH" button and do a search for

sledpartsguy you find plenty of info on clutches, we can asnwer all your questions but you reading in general about clutches will help you a bunch also it will allow you to become familiarized with what your working on, past conversations also hold a bunch of tips and tricks we might forget to tell you.
