What brand of drive belt works good on a almost stock fl400 and who sells it? Thanks

It seems like he dropped the price a little $110 for 2 belts. They are an excellent belt and now a good price. OEM Belts are $80 each from Service Honda.

IMO you can't beat the OEM.It's the correct width,depth and circumference.
A lot of the after market belts are narrower,shallower than Hal,and diff length.
For eg, one I bought years back was 1mm narrower than OEM! 1 outa 3mm service limit represents 1/3 less belt life.
What you think your saving in dollars is wrong and also affects performance and longevity...Baz

copy of post from anthor thread. showes what Bugeye is talking about. Checking belts is as important as compression checks.
