What brand is this starter. Looks a little ruff but I have bid on it.

Also I have seen other kits but they are 300+. Has anyone built up something on their on that's a little more economical?

its missing the adapter to attach the stock pull start and all of the electrical wires(they can all be replaced cheap and better) I wouldn't bid more than $100
