Are the ball joint (front and rear) and tie rod end boots available? I didnt see then in the parts list.

If these are not available from Honda does anyone know of another application that fits?

Dunno about the tie rods but for the A-arm you can use a Honda automobile part -
not motorcycle - so it is a blue label number. The part # is 53546-611-310.
The circlip for it is 53548-611-003

End Comp., L. Tie Rod - 53158-HM5-A11
($23-30) These are the for the front that attach at both ends of the tie rod.
