I noticed some new banging in the back end on yesterday's ride. I kind of thought that the worn left side trailing arm rod end was getting worse. I was wrong. After pressure washing off all the mud...I found the source. But after beating the crap out of this thing all year, it doesn't really surprise me that something gave up. I'll replace the complete lower tube when I fab the mounts for the next motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) going in shortly.

When I had my Engine out recently, I noticed that my frame has some repairs in that area. A previous owner must have broken that tube just like you did. Must be a common weak spot.

More carnage pics after pulling the motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )). I could have been much worse. The only thing keeping the whole thing from pivoting out the bottom was the starter resting on the sway bar. Paint is cracked where the rear tubes meet, so that tells me they moved. There would have been alot of mechanical damage had they bent further.

Anyone thinking of more power needs to inspect and reinforce these area's.
