Here is the chart, since you cant measure the cylinder bore you have to assume that is the piston that was installed and it was the right piston, you also have to assume the cylinder needs bored at least once over.

I have found many cylinders that they had so much clearance between the piston and cylinder you actually had to go 2 bore sizes to 1. clean up the cylinder bore and 2. establish the correct piston to cylinder clearance.

Ask of ATV Racing has ever worked on it.

the Engine is located up here in canada so i doubt that atv racing has ever worked on it. does anyone recongnize the the numbers on the piston. i know it will have to be bored out for the new piston. but i don't want to buy a motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) that is on it last bore.

Yup that's a great deal Image. I would recommend reading the following post: http://www.pilotodyssey.com/PO/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=4877&hilit=ups+motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? ))" ! I cant tell you how may times I have bought fragile items over the internet and the shipper has no idea what kind of torture that package is going to endure between his house and mine. You will be wasting your money if you don't "pound it into the shippers head" that he must pack the Engine properly. I think the best way to pack it would be wrapped in a thick foam rubber or bubble wrap and then placed in a ice chest. UPS doesnt give a crap about anyones package except that it gets there on time. They don't care if it drops from a 3 foot tailgate or escalator belts, etc, etc. So good luck with the new parts!!

well i just had my feet kick out from under me. the guy i was buying from said that someone showed up to his place today and bought the motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )). so he sent me an email saying that it was easier to sell it to this other guy than to ship it to me. i am a little pissed off at him, but what can you do. with the amount of Engine troubles i had last year i would have been nice to have a Engine ready to drop in
