Hey all a few weeks ago I recieved this pilot from slickrick to finish the botched job by atv-racing. I got the pilot as a roller with lots missing and things not done to ricks or my liking. Im happy to finish this amazing pilot for him. A little background on this thing. It was one of two pilots in Todd Whitmans camp that was raced in the Us Off-ROAD championship.

Its going to have all stock plastics with a few aluminum parts i will fabricate since Atv racing likes to lose things. Oh yeah and I wont forget the front and rear bumpers that mysteriously disapeared as well. This car has foot peddles 1 for gas and 1 for the rear brakes. I had to rework the rear mastercylinder to fit under the hood and I put in all new braided brake lines. It has an electric power steering unit in it so I had to modify the console to fit around it. I think it turned out pretty good. Next is working on the fender brakets. It uses pzus fasteners to hold them on and is missing one whole side of them thanks again to avt-r. Ill update in a few days with more pics of this wicked buggy. I cant wait to do the shake down runs in this thing. Oh yeah rick I drive everything I put my work into ask everybody :-)

Please take some up close pics around the steering column if you could. I'd like to check out what's going on up there. The power steering setup etc.

ATVR has a LONG history of taking customers parts and selling them for them then playing dumb, talk to some of the guys that spent close to 4k getting their 400cc Pilot engines converted to 500cc they never got any of their old top end parts back THEY SOLD THEM then gave a lame flimsy excuse how they were told they keep all the old stuff, NOT TRUE not much a guy can do once they are all gone and you 2k miles away from the shop.

Have a new clutch installed and the stock one was "thrown away"

Have all new plastic installed and the old plastic was "thrown away"

LT kits installed and all the stock parts "thrown away" arms, links, axles etc.

Yet you could call back and ask for stock used parts they always had a big supply.

Have had a few people tell me over the years they never got their parts back they got back beat up bent up junk parts when they did get them.

I am not surprised at all how SlickRick was treated sounds like business as usual to me.

Green car sold as a roller all the pilot parts I had for it were sold with the exception of a few parts I kept for spares for the new pilot I bought. The steel pilot project will get an update real soon and more pics with it dressed in its cloths. Its buried at the moment ine the back of the Garage. Its fully dressed with panels and bumpers and nerfs, new custom roof Engine is in fuel tank is in. Was waiting months for the pipe to be able to button it up and finally install the seat and all the skids and breath life into the Engine. Now that the pipe is done from powerpros/trinity racing (yes trinity racing bought power pros and they were outfitting the new building for production) this thing can get wraped up.

Thanks guys. Yes I custom built the bumpers, all the panels and the opening roof. The roof is built the same as a briggs car that is how you enter the car. I also designed the gas peddle mechanics.
