Sweet! I can smell the new OEM parts. You are one lucky guy, your wife lets you assemble in the house and put premix and
Engine oil in Corelle bowls.

Very nice to see your build. Maybe one of the last with a new OEM crank. What are your plans with this Engine? What are you using for reeds? I also noticed LT on each case half in red sharpie. What does that represents?
Did Hoser recently work on the porting, perhaps dropping it off when/if he was out west for the holidays, or was it something he did in the past?
Hello Rich good to hear from you, this is my LT (long travel) race Engine, I am using 1990 oem reeds on this Engine.
This cylinder is the original off of my wife's pilot, Hoser did the work on it a couple of years ago.
Yes I am a lucky guy, my wife is the very best. Love her to the moon and back, she knows these engines can not be built out in the cold garage, only in the warm house for these parts.
Yes I said engines, I am building 2. The second one will be something I have never seen done. I have lost my mind but very much love doing this.
Here is a teaser pic. just for you Rich. 98% all new oem, the cylinder hidden in the corner is new but very very special from back in the racing days. Secret for now. Hehe
