Hello everyone, I decided to feed the bug and build some engines, I have put together 3 bottom ends so far.
#1 has all new oem, cases L+R, crankshaft, stator, all oem seals + bearings, oem water pump mechanical seal, balance cover, bolts, new Speedchaser cool head, starter and recoil starter. This one will have a very special cylinder that was done by Hoser (Thank you Hoser), it is not his usual porting, this is being built to run some power, I have a Paul Turner pipe and silencer, a 102c built by Randy Bridgewater for me many years ago (it is the best clutch I have ran to date), dual air intake and a custom Keihin 41mm carb. done by Sudco Racing.

#2 has perfect used matched cases, rebuilt crank with all oem parts including the rod done by Ken O'Connor Racing, all oem seals and bearings. This one will have a very special cylinder being done by Chris at CW Racing, it is being built to also run some real power out the Pilot Engine, this one will be at 82.5mm, it will run the same pipe, silencer, carb., clutch and dual air intake as the #1 Engine.

#3 I have not decided what to do with this one, I may sell it, I do have a new Paul Turner High rev. cylinder that was done in 1994, it is brand new, I also have a new Paul Turner (Duncan Racing) cool head to go with it, tempted to put it all together to compare the 3.

Nice work Steve, as usual you have all the new parts lol. Should build the third one and see how it compares then sell it. When I get all mine back I’m using the EEE as a test bed. Run the FL400, then the FL500, then the 420(fl350)

Ooh man I got a feeling the 420 will be something to beat, those danged 350's are some runners without a doubt, I think the 500's shine when some good hill climbing power is needed, gotta respect the good old 400's though, done right I think they can do some cool stuff but we will see in the near future.

I may just do that with the third, it would be cool to see how the three compare, especially with using all the same externals. I would like to give some of the new stuff a good run in a little old Pilot. haha

Man it would be really cool, if after we figure out our fastest, we meat up and race. That would be way awesome.
Too bad Methodical is way the heck over there with his monster 350's, that would some cool racing, drag racing on flat ground or a flat circle track, you guys would eat me up as I plan to put my engines in a stock frame. At least for now anyway.
Can't count out Nukem either, he has got some killer stuff, very fast.
