Here are pics Akpilot sent me of his project Pilot.

File comment: This is with the frame fully welded and fresh paint. you can see the gas tank mounts at the bottom of the frame. I added another crossmember and between them there is six gas tank mounts, They are Honda original mounts - had plenty of them lying around

File comment: Gas tank fitted to the frame for the last time, it was only the one millionth time in and out. Looking at it on the left the small fill spout is the 2 cycle oil reservoir and the large one on the right is the gas fill spout. The tank holds about 5.5 gal

File comment: Most of these pictures were taken at one time. This view was for the set up of the rear axles to get spacing. I ordered the RPM box directly from Dan Reberto, and he directed me to Jay Largo for the other things I might need. I sourced Jay for the Axles

File comment: From this picture you can see where I cut the frame. I started right infront of the roll bar hoop, I cut diagonally across the pipe leaving the bottom upright with the front of the frame and the roll bar with the back of the frame. I did this for a coup

File comment: This shows the Engine mounts through the gas tank. There are 6 Engine mounts, the four on the gas tank and two on the heads that go the base cross bar of the roll cage. I first made the Engine mount, then enclosed them with 3 almost seperate tanks. I r
