Got Nelly's lights, hood, side panels, and wheels on last night. Also added two little panels between the hood and front fender, and contemplating a top brow (pizza box shown, lol). Then re-strung my recoil starter with new #8 chord from the john deere / stihl store. Oh, and a new castle nut and cotter pin on the tie rod.

Nice, that is the kind of rider protection Honda should have offered.

Got the brow panel done. Had to improvise the fab since I had my 8mo old daughter with me. Found that using my sheet metal snips on 1/8" pvc sheet works quite well (vs the jig saw). I love the look. Got a few hollars, honks and nods on the highway, lol.

Also torqued my head down and found they were 1/4-1/2 low. I noticed a slight syrup'ee smell when I was running her up to temp, so was not surprised to find them in need of re-torque.

And noticed a few of my roll-cage down-tube bolts were loose. They got tightened with a small dose of 'medium' Loctite.

May need to ask around for you guys using the Mercedes pump and yfz radiator...in regards to overflow lines and connecting to the overflow bottle. Seem to have 2 overflow tubes with only one tank connection. Is that small line out of the pump supposed to go to the base of the overflow (to suck extra when needed)? Then the rad overflow goes to the top of the overflow, right (when hot or overflowing)? And then my overflow cap has a breather for overflow-overflow.
