Going to run another batch?

What about heads for the FL350 and FL250, was thinking a blank shell should work for both the 350 and 250 just machine them for what ever you want to use them on, look at the round heads for the 250 350 made in the past, about the same OD just different dome and bolt patterns.

Speed-I was curious if you would like to make some Kawasaki KXT 250 Tecate cool heads by chance? There is a need for them over at the 3 wheeler world and I do think there is interest for at least 10-20 min. What would you need to make them? Old cool head, a stock head?

Hey Speed - I overheated and the o-rings on the dome melted. Do you have replacements?

How could you possibly get the head hot enough to melt the orings? Arnt they good for like 450 degrees?

Pics?

I already cleaned up the mess. The fins snapped off the shaft on the waterpump. Looks like it was rusted. Caused it to overheat. I do not know what temp it went to, I don't have an EGT gauge. Light came on and I shut it down. I changed out the waterpump assemble. Started right up but was pissing coolant out the top of the head. After pulling the head I noticed the melted o-rings. The bottom ring was completely melted flat....the top one is still in place but can definitely be replaced.

the two top o-rings are OR-022bn90
the one on the custom fitting is OR-116bn90

the fist two letter are OR = O-ring
the second set of numbers = size
the last set of letters numbers Bn90 = hardness

if you can not get them I can send you a set

I'd like to have this together for a ride on Sunday. I don't like the response i recieved from the local guy. he was trying to sell me an alternative. I'd rather stay with your choice of design.

Can you send me a set?

Check your PM
