Post subject:  Cafercr35 welding up Fl400 Pilot rear knuckle for repair
knuckle looks pretty good
bore is not that bad but the top and bottom surfaces are wore

welded up one side went well
put in bucket of sand to let it cool down slowly

that it for today
machine that side soon then weld up other side

first side machined up good and welded up other side
all went well today

all machined and ready for bearing and seal install
