Well here it is all done with welding fixture
First one off turned out good need to tune it in a little
The bumper has the same top tube as the fl350 and grab Bar ( not a tow bar ) :)
there are two down brackets made out of 12ga steel bent on a 90 for strength
the flange can be drilled for a skid plate of your making
it has two hole for the stock Honda plastic and will need 1" spacers and new lower bolts
See pic's

Thanks SpeedChaser

P.S. I have not worked up a price yet but will be soon

Looks great speed. Is there going to be a skid plate option for those of us who no longer have the plastic skid, or the plastic skid has been destoyed?

Very nice.I like it flat as opposed to the earlier pic where the ends were turned up.

Nice fixture work too, that takes some time to figure out.

Hello I have the fixture all tuned in

will have 8 front bumpers ready to go out next week starting 2-7-12

The bumper will be bare steel full welded with grab bar No bolts or spacers will be supplied

spacers will be needed if you are running the stock plastic skid plate the spacer is 1" long 3/4" od x 11/32 id you will need two

I can make them but have not got around to it yet

with that being said the bumpers will be priced at

$150 with free shipping with in the USA money order or check

$158 with free shipping with in the USA PayPal

Thanks Speed

P.S.
The Rear Honda line Bumpers are going to be bent up on a cnc tube bender at a company that I do work for this weekend will post in forum with updates thanks

Looks good.

don't forget the optional flag tab as required by MI at the dunes, I know this has been requested in the past by Pilot Odyssey owners.
