Before trying this method, I hit the driven clutch bolt for quite some time with an impact tool, also tried impact in forward(to tighten) for a second or two then back to reverse, tried lightly tapping the head of the bolt with a hammer, I also applied some heat to the head of the bolt with a torch, still wouldn't budge. I sprayed with PB Blaster and let it set for a few days and tried the process over again, still wouldn't budge. For this skillbilly method I found an antifreeze cap, drilled a hole in it then siliconed it too the clutch to cover the bolt and let dry. I filled it will penetrating oil, let is set for 4 or 5 days. Then hit it with the impact in reverse for 5 seconds, then in forward for 1 or 2 seconds, then in reverse and after 3 or 4 seconds, wheeeeee!! It came loose, now to inspect and lube if needed my driven clutch.

Great idea glad it worked, in the future if you cant get it put a pipe wrench on that big thick washer and try to turn the washer while someone is running the impact, trans in gear someone holding the rear brake.... |

Nice trick, but you know, if you were wearing those special gloves, it would have came off a lot easier....j/k, thanks for the tip |

Another option is to drive it all around first, get the driven clutch, shaft etc up to hot, looser status. Then try to undo.Make the heat and expansion, vibes work for you, rather than the contraction that cold does. |
